From Crude to Bitumen: Precision in Every Step
At our state-of-the-art facilities, crude oil is meticulously processed through advanced techniques:
Heating Process
- Initial heating in storage tanks to 60°C.
- Temperature raised to 200°C in a heat exchanger.
- Further heating to 300°C in a furnace.
Specialized Packaging
- Partial vaporization occurs in an Atmospheric Distillation Column.
- Efficient separation of lighter and heavier components.
- Atmospheric residue undergoes vacuum distillation, producing straight run bitumen

An alternative production method we offer is solvent deasphalting using propane or butane. This technique produces bitumen with unique properties, influenced by the type of crude oil and processing conditions. Our adaptability allows us to employ various production techniques, meeting diverse quality specifications tailored to our clients’ needs while maximizing performance characteristics.
Bitumen Beyond the Ordinary
Bitumen grades are characterized by volatile material content. A lower volatile percentage yields harder residual bitumen. Traditional methods may fall short of market quality standards; hence, various grades have been established based on:
